Digifest: Learning about digital innovation in our Group

Hundreds of staff from across the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group joined Digifest 2026 - three highly successful events held this June.

With an event at each Trust, the focus was on digital innovation and from Group execs to staff from all departments, each was extremely well supported with a constant stream of interested visitors.

With masses of stalls, stands and displays, Digifest brought together a wide range of internal teams and external partners and suppliers to showcase digital developments across the Group. Staff were encouraged to ask questions of the experts, explore current and future digital tools, share ideas, enjoy free refreshments, enter competitions - and of course collect lots of giveaways from suppliers.

A key highlight at Digifest 2026 was the launch of the Digital Roadmap, with opportunities to talk to the team behind it, learning how digital transformation - including the Electronic Patient Record - will support improvements in patient care and staff experience across our Group.

Digifest 2026 was a fantastic success across all three hospitals and lots of photographs were taken - we've picked out some favourites and turned other clips into a short video.
