EPR Unlocked: Five days to see and try our new Electronic Patient Record

Look out for EPR Unlocked coming to a ward, office, clinic – or cafe – near you!
Get involved from 28 September to 2 October 2026 when EPR Unlocked will bring demos of our EPR, news about the May 2027 go-live and lots of opportunities to find out more.
The week of activities will include a first look at the EPR e-learning systems, and demos of the EPR itself – in person and during online townhall events, information stands popping up in unusual places and plenty of chances to ask questions.
Following the successful Digifest 2026 events held across the Group, where this photo was taken, the EPR change teams will be available all over our acute hospitals, bringing EPR news to clinics, wards, offices and the places you gather; from support services and children’s clinics to diagnostics, ED, outpatients, wards, theatres and pharmacy.
EPR Unlocked will explain more than ever before about our EPR, a new digital system bringing patient information together across the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group - because care that connects is better care.
Get ready to get involved. Drop in to an information session, ask questions and share feedback with our floorwalking teams.
Save the date – 28 September to 2 October – and full details will follow.
