Are you in our photos from Digifest 2026 at the Paget?

Hundreds of staff from across the Paget headed to Digifest 2026, one of the biggest digital health fairs ever held there.

Staff joined a day packed with information stands and suppliers who provide all manner of digital services to our Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group.

The day – organised by the EPR change team - saw the launch of the NWUHG Group digital roadmap too and as well as showing the launch video, the team behind it were on hand to explain more and answer questions.

Along with collecting information and a variety of giveaways, many staff joined a ‘stamper trail’ too, collecting stamps as they made their way around Digifest. All completed trail cards were entered into a prize draw, with prizes ranging from an air fryer and DAB radio to an iPad and vouchers. The winners included:

Helen Ashby from the Future Paget Programme was showing the planned design of the new hospital and was delighted with the response from staff: “A lot of staff have said they have already seen this, which is really good, it’s been really positive.”

With free refreshments too, there were plenty of opportunities to ask questions, share ideas and gather information about training, changes, digital tech on the way and different ways of using the tech we already have in the hospital.

Sharon Wateridge and Dominik Hanlon from suppliers Sapphire said they were delighted with the interest in threat intelligence. Sharon added: “We have had lots of feedback, people have been so interested.”

Neil Falcini of Imprivata said it had been an excellent event: “There has been lots of good engagement from across the hospital with staff from so many different areas. It has been very well organised and we really appreciate the invitation, it has been really good.”

JPUH Chief Nursing Information Officer, Rachael Rider, said she was delighted Digifest 2026 was such a success: “People have made the time to come, even on their non-working days, to explore and to find out more. It has been lovely to see the interest that it has sparked in digital.”
