Digifest is a dynamic, multi-site celebration of digital innovation taking place across all three NWUHG acute hospitals - bringing people, technology and ideas together for days of discovery, engagement, talks and hands-on experiences. It's at JPUH on Monday, 8 June (10am-3pm), at the QEHKL on Tuesday 9 June, (12 noon-4pm) and at the NNUH on Thursday, June 18, 10am-3pm).
Everyone is invited and can expect the chance to explore a mix of interactive stands and live demonstrations with plenty of opportunities to meet leading digital suppliers and colleagues who may be using tech in ways that would be useful for you too. Hear about our digital roadmap, about the EPR and about our planned new hospitals. Share and swap ideas and get inspired in conversations with both external partners and internal teams who are shaping the future of healthcare.
Talk to our digital suppliers and partners such as Alertive, Imprivata, Solventum, WASP, Philips Capsule, Meditech Expanse, Microsoft Copilot, the ICB Shared Care Record, HSL, DrDoctor, Miziac (Mediviewer), Sapphire, and Hunter - all showing innovative tools designed to support staff and improve patient care.
Digifest is also about connecting with a wide range of colleagues and across the three sites these will include the Patient Experience Team and Virtual Ward, the AI/BI Team, Clinical Safety, Service Desk, and Digital Health Change Team. Don’t miss the Wellbeing Team, whose stand is likely to feature VR headsets, and you may even have the chance to meet the PAT dogs, plus the Transformation Team and more.
Introduce yourself to the new EPR delivery partner, Huron, and discover exactly how they are working with the Group to bring the electronic patient record to our three acute hospitals.
The events are organised by the Digital Change Teams and build on similar events across the Group in previous years. Pop along, ask questions, find out what tech is available now and what is on the way and how it could work in your area or department.
The NNUH will be building on the success of previous Digifest events - the buzz of 2025 pictured above - when staff and suppliers enjoyed lively days of learning, collaboration and exploring the potential of current and future tech.
This year, when Digifest 2026 is set for 18 June in the East Atrium at the NNUH (10am-3pm), the digital health team is planning even more stands and stalls, activities and talks. There will be refreshments supplied by the Norfolk and Norwich Hospitals Charity and along with the displays and opportunities to meet digital system suppliers, a series of talks and presentations is planned too. Head to the Ben Gooch Lecture Theatre.
- 11:30–12:00: Shared Care Record
- 12:00–12:30: Solventum Fluency Direct

Look out for the change team too and meet colleagues such as Daniel Wade, pictured above. The team is there to talk about all things digital health, answer questions, discover if you have any concerns, gather your feedback and help prepare staff for digital changes ahead.
