This site is run by the EPR programme at Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it.

Accessibility tools on this site

Use the accessibility tools at the top of every page to change how this site looks. You can:

  • turn on a dyslexia-friendly font
  • make the text larger or smaller, and reset it
  • change the contrast between text and background, and reset it

We are adding to these tools, and this page will list them as they go live.

How you can use this website

You should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts
  • zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate most of the site using a keyboard alone
  • navigate most of the site using speech recognition software
  • listen to most of the site with a screen reader, including recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver

We have also tried to keep the words on this site as plain as we can.

AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability: mcmw.abilitynet.org.uk

Getting information in a different format

If you need anything on this site in another format, such as large print, easy read, audio or braille, contact the EPR team. We will consider your request and come back to you within five working days.

Reporting accessibility problems

We are always looking to improve how accessible this site is. If you find a problem, or you think we have missed something, contact the EPR team. Tell us which page you were on and what happened.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard. The non-compliances are listed below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

A small number of images do not yet have a text description for people using screen readers. We’re working through these and expect to have them all in place before the site goes live.

Some pages may occasionally show a technical error message. We’re aware of this and are working with our website developer to fix it.

What we’re doing about it

We’re reviewing every page on this site against the WCAG 2.2 AA standard before it goes live, and fixing issues as we find them. This statement will be updated as that work progresses.
