What systems are being replaced by the EPR?
The new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) is currently being built for our three acute hospitals.
Following Go-Live, the day it is switched on for day to day use, the EPR will continue to be developed over the coming years, with enhancements, new features and additions to enhance patient care.
Currently it is agreed that at Go-Live the EPR will replace 91 digital systems across the three Trusts. There are a further 19 systems under review for possible replacement, which would bring the total replaced to 110 unique systems.
