MEDITECH has a commendable history of delivering shared EPRs across multiple organisations. Notable examples include the ONE Shared EPR project in Ontario, Canada, and the Care4 initiative. At present, they are actively engaged in implementing a shared EPR in East Cheshire and Mid Cheshire.
